Junk Boat Rules

Dear Guests,

We hope you enjoy your time on the Dennis Delicious Junk. While we take every precaution to make your day as safe & enjoyable as possible, it is important that you & your guests take the time to look at the rules of the boat. If everyone follows these guidelines it will ensure a safe journey for all.

1. Please follow the instructions of the Captain & Crew at all times.
2. The Captain has the sole right of decisions & safety on board the boat & may issue certain directions to staff & guests should the situation arise.
3. No diving / jumping from the boat when engine is running or boat is in motion.
4. Any injury from diving / jumping from the boat is the responsibility of the person jumping.
5. No dancing on upper deck while boat is in motion or when under the influence of alcohol.
6. No use of motorized boats, skis or dinghies.
7. No running or jumping on upper deck.
8. No pets allowed on board.
9. All children are the sole responsibility of parents.
10. No drugs to be taken or used on board.
11. No pushing or shoving of fellow guests when the boat is in motion.
12. Please don’t throw rubbish or objects overboard.
13. When swimming from the boat, please be aware of any incoming speed boats & use common sense,
14. Please check all belongings before leaving the boat, make sure you don’t leave anything behind. The captain and his crew are not responsible for any belongings lost after the trip.
