HK$125 per head for 50 – 70 people

Includes one chef to ensure a high standard of presentation

Choose any six canapés; three can be from hot canapés two from veggie Corner and two from cold and vice versa.

Canapés
Canapés are ideal finger foods allowing you to dispense with plates and cutlery. allow for a good mixture of meat, vegetarian, fish and cheese with a few selections from each category to give variety, plus it is good to have a few colourful items. avoid hot canapés if they have to be transported far from our kitchens or there is a possibility of them being left for a while before being eaten.
