These packages include unlimited drinks for 8 hours.

Menu A HKD$500 per person (full menu below) with Chinese Junk Boat
Menu B HKD$550 per person (full menu below) with White Cruiser Boat
Menu B HKD$600 per person (full menu below) with White Cruiser and includes 2 hours of wake boarding.

Platters finger sized delicious assorted sandwiches
• Chicken tandoori with mango chutney, lettuce on brown
• Smoked salmon with capers, red onions, ice burg lettuce & dill pickle mayo
• Char-grilled vegetable with fresh mint, feta cheese & garlic mayo

Salads
• Caesar salad with croutons, bacon bits & shaved parmesan
• Classic Greek salad with fresh mint, black olives & feta cheese
• Potato salad with curry & coriander flavoured

Mains
• Roast chicken marinated in lemon grass with lemon grass
• Penne pasta with char-grilled eggplant, bottom mushroom, fresh basil & tomato sauce (V)

Platters assorted delicious finger sized sandwiches
• Roast beef with wild rocket, caramelized onions & horseradish mayo on rye
• Tuna with avocado, onions & mixed lettuce with herb mayo
• Egg & mayo with rocket and cucumber
• Smoked Turkey with bacon, romaine and cranberry mayo to brown

Salads
• Crudités with assorted dips, bread sticks, pita and crackers
• Spanish chorizo with artichoke, pink grape fruit & wild rocket
• Potato salad with bacon bits & spring onions salad
• Penne pasta with sweet peppers, kidney beans, red onions, tuna chunks and pesto

Mains
• Meat balls with yoghurt, fresh basil in tomato & garlic sauce

Junk Evening Cocktail Party

$130 per person for the canapés with 7 selections
or
$470 per person with a minimum of 25 people.
This package includes the Chinese wooden junk boat, delicious buffet menu A (above) or canapés style, and open bar for 4 hours from 7:00pm to 11:00pm
