Dennis landed in Hong Kong from The Philippines back in 1986. Since then, he’s been ever-present in the city’s F&B scene. He honed his early skills for major groups, running restaurants, bars and clubs from both the back and front of house, while simultaneously working alongside numerous notable chefs. Dennis channeled all he learned into Delicious, and the results speak for themselves.
Anouska can trace her passion for cooking to an early age, back when her father would serve up dishes that were well-loved by friends and family. She’s a self-taught chef, and has managed the day-to-day operations of Delicious’ kitchen from the very start. To this day, Anouska is still coming up with fresh ideas to keep our catering standards high.
Odel started his kitchen career at the Sheraton Hotel from the bottom up. He literally began his career washing dishes and was promoted because of his dedication and hard work to junior cook. He worked in the hotel for 4 year before joining the 97 Group, where he stayed for 5 years. He joined our team in 2009 and has been a rock star team member at Delicious.
Alma started with us in 2012 has looked after thousands of catering events.
Stanley has worked with us since 2008, when we moved from our retail operation on Lyndhurst Terrace to full time catering. He has been looking after most of our large corporate and sporting events.
